sooo this is adorable! I’ve always wanted a froggy either as a pet or just to hold like that. Was it your pet?

We had William (who was actually a lady) and Harry.
They’re nocturnal, so we would wake them up every night at midnight and play with them.
We fed them crickets. One day, we went to buy the crickets and the cricket man gave us crickets that were too big and too numerous. It was an awkward bus ride home with a Ziploc bag full of creepy crawlies.
When we got home, we managed to get only a small amount of crickets into the aquarium (if there are too many, they’re attack the froggies). Harry was the smallest frog and we watched him stalk, pounce on and then wrangle and wrestle a cricket, that was as big as he was. Then he eated him. He had a cricket leg sticking out of his mouth. He was a happy froggy.
Gross, but oh so cool to watch them eat. :P
